I am someone who is nervous to buy clothes and footwear online. I took a gamble with the Elmo slippers, based on other people's advice and the great reviews. I bout the 9/10 for my 22 month old who wears size 6 shoes, knowing they might be a little too big. I am giving them to my son for Christmas so I tried them on him while he was eating lunch and could not see his feet. They fit well and like another reviewer told me, even if they are slightly big, the sock part will keep them on. I can't wait until my son finally pulls these slippers out of his stocking and wears them while he opens the rest of his presents!The only surprise, which is not a bad thing, is that the eyes are plastic. I did not realize this, but it is no big deal!
